Exemption from payment of registration fee

Free for:

  • persons who receive an income from social services or dependents of the above mentioned category (attestation from OCMW/CPAS) 
  • asylum seekers benefitting from material support (attestation OCMW/CPAS)
  • persons on wait benefit or unemployment benefit following a course as part of a programme leading towards employment and recognized by VDAB/Actiris (attestation from VDAB/Actiris) 
  • persons with an integration contract who enrol on a Dutch course, level 1 and 2

Partial exemption from payment of registration fee 

€ 0,25 per hour, e.g. € 30 for a course of 120 hours

  • persons on wait benefit or unemployment benefit or dependents of the above mentioned category (attestation required) 
  • disabled persons (certificate of at least 66% disability required)
  • persons who followed 2 consecutive years of at least 120 hours in a Centrum voor Basiseducatie (certificate required)
